We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Paraprofessional to join the team in our Sunrise office on our Private Client Service team in a Hybrid or Virtual capacity.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Strong QuickBooks experience
• Competency in Word and Excel
• Experience in preparing Payroll and Sales Tax returns
• Experience in handling AR & AP
• Experience in integrating 3rd party software with QuickBooks preferred
• Knowledge of Cash Management, Inventory, Projections and Budgeting
• Ability to adhere to Budgets and Project Deadlines
• Understanding of Business Processes and Internal Controls
• Minimum of five years’ experience in commensurate position with history of increasing responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent training/experience
• Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor

YOUR EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have:

• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
